Bookings and Cancellations
Please note Karen requires 24 hours notice of rescheduling or cancellation of appointments otherwise a full fee will be charged, this is so she can accommodate the needs of others.
To ensure that you receive your full treatment time, please arrive 10 minutes early to save any disappoints as late arrivals mean shorter massage time.
When booking your first massage, please let Karen know if the treatment is for WorkCover or Motor Vehicle incident as these treatments need a written referral letter and approval from your case manager prior to your first treatment.
If written approval is not received, you will be required to pay upfront; a receipt will be provided for you to send to your case manager for reimbursement
Karen accepts Visa, MasterCard, EFTPOS or cash and also has Hicaps facility available. Please check with your health fund to see if you are eligible to use this payment method.
Karen is registered with all Health funds rebates. Please check with your health fund to see whether Remedial Massage forms part of your extras cover before makng an appointment.
