I am one of Adelaide’s leading Remedial Massage Therapists in Unley SA, bringing over 30 years of experience to my private practice. Since opening my doors in 1994, I have supported clients from all walks of life, helping them reduce pain, ease tension, and restore balance through personalised, evidence-informed treatment.

In addition to Remedial Massage, I am also a certified Breathworker and a professional member of the Australian Breathwork Association-the peak body for Breathwork in Australia. My training began in 2008 and includes 450 hours of study and a two-year training mentoring program, meeting the professional standards required by the association.

With extensive experience in both Remedial Massage and Breathwork, I offer clients a choice of therapeutic pathways depending on your individual goals.
