Bookings and Cancellations
Please note Karen requires 24 hours notice of rescheduling or cancellation of appointments. This is so she can accommodate the needs of others.
No-shows and cancellations made on the day of appointment will be asked to pay for their session. To ensure that you receive your full treatment time, please arrive 10 minutes early to save any disappoints as late arrivals mean shorter massage time.
When booking your first massage appointment. Please let Karen know if the treatment is for WorkCover, MVA or NDIS as you will be required to pay upfront; a receipt will be provided for you to send to your case manager for reimbursement.
